Hours

a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. late cancellations, same day cancellations, or no call/no shows will result in the full service total being charged.

a $1 per minute late fee applies after your scheduled start time. clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be required to reschedule, and the appointment must be completed by 11:59pm the same day or the full service total will be charged.
